Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars).
